In today’s digital workplace, it’s easy to feel like you’re juggling tabs, apps, emails, chats—and your actual work—at the same time. If you’ve ever ended a day wondering what you even accomplished, digital overload may be part of the reason.
Digital overload happens when the constant stream of digital input starts to outpace your brain’s ability to keep up. Rapid task switching, nonstop notifications, and the pressure to stay always connected add up quickly.
