Effective Jan. 1, 2027, UCOR is implementing plan design changes to the company-sponsored Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) plans for salaried and non-exempt staff.
Both plans are 100% company-sponsored with automatic enrollment. No action is required from you to keep or receive these coverages—this is only a notification regarding your upcoming plan changes.
Note for Bargaining Unit Employees: These plan changes apply exclusively to the salaried and non-exempt population. Disability benefits for employees represented by the Atomic Trades and Labor Council are not changing.
