The UCOR calendar year 2026 annual benefits enrollment for eligible UCOR employees (ATLC and salaried) starts today and runs through Friday, Nov. 7.
Informational packets providing the benefit options and new plan enhancements for the 2026 plan year have already been mailed to your home address on file.
If you have not received your mailing, you may also view the benefits information (coverages, rates, etc.) on the benefits home page: https://ucor.com/benefits-center/
For 2026, you will automatically be re-enrolled in the same medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits you currently have, so no action is required, however:
Enrollment action is required if you want to:
- Change your benefit coverage or coverage levels for 2026,
- Enroll in our new Group Accident or Critical Illness plans,
- Contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (Health Care FSA or Dependent Care FSA), and/or
- Contribute to the Health Savings Account (HSA) offered with the HSA CDHP Medical Plan in 2026, and/or
- Enroll in a one-time opportunity to elect employee-only voluntary life insurance coverage offered by Securian with no Evidence of Insurability (EOI) up to guaranteed issue limit. You must already be enrolled in a group life plan to be eligible.
The benefit election choices you make for Jan. 1, 2026, will remain in place for the entire plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.
