UCOR kicks off a 3 ½-year internal project called Paragon to replace, update and integrate our previous business operation systems for Human Resources, Training, Finance, Benefits and Payroll, utilizing Oracle Fusion Applications cloud platform.
Updating our aging systems will enhance operational efficiency and optimize business performance.
This project will have four tracks:
- Establish a Human Capital Management (HCM) system and replace LEARN
- Migrate our current financial system to Fusion
- Improve integration of Benefits to Empyrean
- Replace ADP
