Thank you to everyone who completed the feedback survey for UCOR Hub. You can read the survey results here. The responses were generally positive. Some issues were identified that we have already addressed or are exploring how to address. Those are outlined in the article.
Search issues. If you are having difficulty finding things with the search feature, please let us know. Go to the UCOR Hub discussion forum and tell us what you were trying to find and the search terms you used. We can add those terms to the item’s group of tags.
Comments. Several comments had to do with the UCOR Document Management system. Records Management will address those comments. The other large section of comments dealt with the search feature and the A-Z directory. Because we will not have an A-Z directory on UCOR Hub, we are continuing to make changes so that we have a better search function. For instance, we have taken steps to ensure that applications like Maximo, Vault, HMIS, Oracle, and many more now come up in search results.
