Some changes to leadership roles in the Mission Assurance & Controls organization became effective on Monday, December 1.
Anna Tourville now has quality assurance responsibilities in the role of Manager, Quality & Performance Assurance. Anna takes the quality program over from Derek Overcash, who left UCOR at the end of November.
Cody Webb is now serving as the Performance Assurance Team Lead, reporting to Anna.
Jason Miller will now have some performance assurance responsibilities such as metrics and Performance Objectives, Measures, and Commitments (POMCs) in his role as Manager, Assessments & Analysis. Both Jason and Anna report to Renee Salazar-Romero, Director of Mission Assurance & Controls.
These changes are designed to enhance effectiveness in the overall organization. Please congratulate and support these leaders in their new roles.
