UCOR received its 4th consecutive Knox News “Top Workplaces Award” July 23 at a celebration event with sponsors Knoxville News Sentinel and national survey firm Energage. The award is based on confidential employee survey data and recognizes companies with outstanding worker satisfaction, culture, and retention.
UCOR was also recognized at the event as a winner of USA TODAY’s “Top Workplaces USA” honors in both 2024 and 2025. Since receiving the first USA Today award in 2024, UCOR has also received national Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for our compensation and benefits program, professional development, and work-life flexibility.
