If you have problems submitting this form, please contact Shannon Potter at UCORMiniGrants@orcc.doe.gov. Once your submission has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. Notice: To be eligible for future awards, all award recipients are required to submit photos of their 2025 grants in action no later than December 1, 2025.
